A super easy stir fry kangkung recipe.

  1. Cut washed kangkung.
  2. Medium heat 1 table spoon of oil.
  3. Sauté 2 chopped garlic, a half chopped onion and 4 red chili pepper until the aroma comes out.
  4. Add the chopped kangkung, 2 table spoons oyster sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. Stir until mixed well.
  6. Wait 1 minute, then take out of the heat and serve with sprinkles of fried shallot.
