  • 1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup low-fat ricotta cheese,finely crumbled
  • 1/4 cup carrot, grated
  • 1/2 cup potatoes, boiled , peeled and mashed
  • 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp ginger-green chilli paste
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Other ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup low-fat milk (99.7% fat-free) for coating
  • 1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats for coating
  • 1 1/2 tsp oil for greasing and cooking

Direcciones

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. 2. Divide the mixture into six equal portions and roll out each portion into a 50 mm. (2") flat round patty
  3. How to proceed
  4. 1. Dip each patty in milk and then roll them in oats till they are evenly coated from both the sides.
  5. 2. Heat a non-stick griddle and grease it using 1/4 tsp of oil.
  6. 3. Cook each patty, using 1/8 tsp of oil, till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.
  7. 4. Serve hot with this dip
  8. Mix 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup with 3 tbsp of mayo.Mix well.Serve these patties with this mayo-ketchup dip.
