  • 1 lb. chicken, deboned and julienned
  • ½ lb. potatoes, julienned (or ¼ lb. potatoes and ¼ lb. rice cakes)
  • ½ onion, sliced
  • ½ cup cabbage, chiffonaded
  • ¼ cup hung shao sauce
  • ¼ cup red pepper paste (koch'ujang)

Direcciones

  1. Marinade the chicken in the hung shao sauce.
  2. Cook and onions and potatoes, covered, with 950 watts for three minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken from the marinade, add to the potatoes and onions, and heat, covered, for eight minutes at 650 watts.
  4. Mix the marinade and the red pepper paste. Add this and the cabbage to the rest and stir, then cook, covered, for five minutes with 650 watts.
  5. Stir and let stand for a couple minutes.
