Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 c. Lemon juice
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 c. Beef broth
  • 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Dry vegetable seasoning
  • 1 x 12 ounce. can frzn orange juice concentrate,thawed
  • 1/2 c. Soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. Light molasses or possibly honey
  • 2 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1/3 c. Dry white wine
  • 1/2 c. Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dry basil

Direcciones

  1. These marinades will tenderize about 2 pounds of steak or possibly a 3 to 4 lb. roast.
  2. To marinate: Combine ingredients. Place beef in zipper-locking plastic bag and pour marinade over beef. Close bag removing air; chill; marinate for about 15 min to 2 hrs.
  3. Note: Extend marinating time to a minimum of 6 hrs to tenderize.
